You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phthaya is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phthaya login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phthaya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phthaya will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be your sole responsibility.
phthaya is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to your phthaya account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. phthaya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. phthaya does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to phthaya's verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. phthaya aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified per payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest. phthaya reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
The phthaya Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. phthaya is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with currency conversion.

All content on the phthaya Platform — including but not limited to the phthaya name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game content, and text — is the exclusive property of phthaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any phthaya content without prior written authorization from phthaya.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phthaya and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phthaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phthaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phthaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phthaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

phthaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for cause, phthaya reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to phthaya's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phthaya from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
phthaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phthaya will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the phthaya Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
